1. About us

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Standing Accordant LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or enrolling in the Masterclass you agree to them.
2. What you get
A single, one-off payment of £27 (GBP, VAT inclusive) gives you lifetime access to the current Signet Scrutiny Masterclass — all lessons, downloadable PDFs and case studies — for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account — sharing logins is prohibited.
4. Payment
Payment is taken via Stripe at the time of enrolment. Prices are in GBP and VAT-inclusive where applicable. A receipt is emailed automatically.
5. Right to cancel (consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase of digital content. Because we grant immediate access to the Masterclass on enrolment, by proceeding you expressly consent to that immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost once access begins.

6. Licence and IP
All course content, videos, PDFs, case studies, imagery and branding are the intellectual property of Standing Accordant LLP or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view and download the materials for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, upload to AI-training datasets, or create derivative products from the materials.
7. Educational content — not advice
Signet Scrutiny provides educational information about memorabilia authentication and collecting. It is not professional appraisal, financial, investment, legal or tax advice. See our Disclaimer.
8. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional maintenance, updates or third-party outages may cause downtime.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Subject to that:
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from your investment, purchase or sale decisions.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time via Support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; where that happens because of a serious breach by you, refunds may not be available.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
