2. Consumer rights
This guarantee sits on top of your statutory rights as a consumer. Because the Masterclass is digital content delivered immediately, by proceeding at checkout you consent to immediate access and waive the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our voluntary guarantee gives you a comparable right anyway.
3. How to request a refund
- Message us via the Support page from the email address on your Signet Scrutiny account.
- Include the date of purchase and the reason (optional).
- We'll confirm within 3 working days and issue the refund via your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
4. After 14 days
Refunds are not routinely offered after 14 days from purchase, except where required by law or where we've made a serious error. Where a refund is issued, access to the Masterclass will be withdrawn.
5. Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there's evidence of abuse of the policy (for example, repeat purchase-and- refund cycles, or bulk-downloading materials before requesting a refund).
